    It stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation. It is a part of the physiotherapy treatment and involves the use of electric current to stimulate the nerves in the affected area for physiotherapeutic purposes.

    It is a technique in which a longitudinal force is applied to stretch and decompress the vertebral joints and tissues around the spine that helps in relieving pressure on the spine or straightening broken bones.
  • CPM:
